**Return Window**
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

**Return Conditions**
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Due to the handmade nature of our tea ceramics, slight variations are normal and do not qualify as defects
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

**Return Process**
1. Email us at muyuxidz@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with the return address
3. Ship the item back and keep the tracking number

**Return Shipping Cost**
- For quality issues: we cover the return shipping cost
- For personal reasons: buyer covers the return shipping cost

**Refund Processing**
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
